Disputed election results: Supreme Court grants NDC lawyers’ application for substituted service including WhatsApp

The Supreme Court has granted an application for substituted service by lawyers of NDC Parliamentary candidates for Techiman South, Okaikwei Central, Tema Central and Ablekuma North constituencies.

The party earlier filed an application to quash the High Court decision which ordered the EC to collate and declare results of the 4 constituencies.

Lawyers of the NDC parliamentary candidates led by Seth Nyaaba disclosed to the court on Thursday, February 6, 2025, that efforts to serve the court documents on the NPP candidates had proven futile and would require substituted service to serve the documents.
